Frequently asked questions
Do attendees have to install an app?
No. They scan the QR code or open the link in their browser. If they like, they can add Eventico to their phone's home screen.
How much does it cost?
It is free for events of up to 100 attendees, with everything that happens in the room. You only pay if you want more attendees or an extra module.
Does it work with the registration and tickets I already use?
Yes. Eventico does not sell tickets and does not replace your registration. It adds what happens during the event and after it.
Where is the data kept and who sees it?
The servers are in Germany and uploaded files in the Frankfurt region. Attendees decide whether others can see their profile. The organizer sees activity in their reports. The data is never sold.
