Common questions
- What counts as an “event”?
- An event is one standalone occasion: a conference, workshop, meetup or company all-hands. Each event has its own attendee list, program and live session. Recurring series (weekly standups, ongoing courses) count as separate events.
- When does the 100-attendee cap apply?
- The cap is per event. If your event has 100 or fewer registered attendees, the free base covers everything. Above that, you add the Scale surcharge for that event only, with no retroactive charge on previous events.
- Can I enable a module for one event and not another?
- Yes. Per-event modules (Sponsor, Advanced analytics, White label, AI recap) are toggled per event at checkout. Subscription modules (Community CRM) are active for your whole organization for the billing period.
- How does the Sponsor module help me monetize my sponsors?
- When activated, each sponsor gets a real-time lead-capture inbox: every badge scan, material download and session attendance by their target audience lands there. After the event, Eventico generates a sponsor ROI report you can send directly. Sponsors pay you; you pay Eventico once per event.
- Is attendee data private? What is covered by “free”?
- Free covers everything that captures or holds data: profiles, Q&A, materials, the connection graph, matchmaking. Paid modules unlock only the analytics and export layers on top. Data is stored inside the EU and never sold to third parties.
- Can I upgrade mid-event?
- Yes. You can activate any module up until the event ends. The per-event fee applies once per event regardless of when you activate it.
