Common questions
- What counts as an “event”?
- An event is one standalone occasion: a conference, workshop, meetup or company all-hands. Each event has its own attendee list, program and live session. Recurring series (weekly standups, ongoing courses) count as separate events.
- When does the 100-attendee cap apply?
- The cap is per event. If your event has 100 or fewer registered attendees, the free base covers everything. Above that, you add the Scale surcharge for that event only, with no retroactive charge on previous events.
- Can I enable a module for one event and not another?
- Yes. Per-event modules (Sponsor module, Advanced analytics, White-label, Exhibitor pack) are switched on per event at checkout. Community and Brand are subscriptions for one Space; the Organization plan covers several Spaces and white-label on every event.
- How does the Sponsor module help me monetize my sponsors?
- When activated, you add your sponsors and attendees see them on their own page. Tapping “I’m interested” means agreeing that the attendee’s name and email reach the sponsor through you. After the event you download a sponsor report with how many people were interested, their share of attendees and when, plus a separate contacts file for each sponsor to send them. Sponsors pay you; you pay Eventico once per event.
- Is attendee data private? What is covered by “free”?
- Free covers everything that captures or holds data: profiles, Q&A, materials, the connection graph, matchmaking and the team chat. Paid adds tools for sponsors, community, branding and scale. Data stays in the EU and is never sold.
- Can I upgrade mid-event?
- Yes. You can activate a module at any time, including while the event is running. The per-event fee is paid once, whenever you activate it.
- Are the event page, the posters and the surveys free?
- Yes. The event and Space pages, the QR code poster and the survey after the event are free on every plan. The extras around them are paid: taking "Powered by Eventico" off the poster and the page, your own logo, colours and font on the page and the poster, your own domain and the visit statistics. They come with Advanced analytics, White-label, Brand, Community + Brand, Organization. The survey is shared free with a link and a QR code, while sending it by email uses the monthly emails of the plans with Community and Organization, or an email pack.
